Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Kasi Mall website, marketplace services and related features.

1. Marketplace services

Kasi Mall provides an online platform through which approved independent sellers may advertise and sell products or services to customers.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, products listed by marketplace sellers are supplied by those sellers. The relevant seller remains responsible for product descriptions, availability, fulfilment, warranties and compliance with applicable law.

2. Customer accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.

3. Product information and pricing

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. Errors may occasionally occur. Where an obvious error is identified before fulfilment, the customer will be contacted and offered an appropriate correction, alternative or refund.

4. Orders

An order is subject to product availability, successful payment and acceptance by the relevant seller. An automated order acknowledgement does not necessarily confirm final acceptance or fulfilment.

5. Payments

Payments must be completed through the payment options displayed at checkout. Customers must not send card details or banking credentials directly to marketplace sellers.

6. Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may be affected by location, stock availability, courier operations, public holidays and circumstances beyond reasonable control.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to the Kasi Mall Refund and Returns Policy and applicable South African consumer-protection requirements.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use Kasi Mall for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorised access, harmful code, infringement, harassment or any activity that disrupts the marketplace.

9. Intellectual property

Kasi Mall branding, website content and platform materials may not be copied or commercially reused without written permission. Sellers remain responsible for ensuring that their listings do not infringe third-party rights.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated as the marketplace develops. The latest version published on this page will apply from its stated publication date.
