Kasi Mall Vendor Agreement

Effective date: 30 July 2026

This Agreement governs participation by vendors in the Kasi Mall marketplace.

Vendor eligibility

• Be legally authorised to trade in South Africa.
• Provide accurate business registration and tax details where applicable.
• Maintain valid contact and banking information.

Vendor responsibilities

• Supply lawful, genuine and safe products.
• Maintain accurate stock levels, prices and product information.
• Honour accepted customer orders.
• Package and dispatch products appropriately.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries.
• Comply with applicable South African legislation.

Product listings

Vendors are responsible for ensuring that descriptions, prices, images, specifications and availability are complete and accurate.

Commission and fees

Kasi Mall may charge registration fees, subscription fees, sales commissions, advertising fees or promotional fees. Applicable charges will be communicated separately and may be updated with reasonable notice.

Vendor payments

Vendor payouts will be made according to the Kasi Mall payout schedule after successful order completion, less commissions, fees, refunds, chargebacks and other authorised deductions.

Shipping and customer support

Vendors must dispatch orders within agreed service levels and cooperate in resolving complaints, returns, warranties and refund requests.

Suspension or termination

Kasi Mall may suspend or terminate a vendor for fraud, counterfeit goods, repeated complaints, failure to fulfil orders, unlawful conduct or breach of marketplace policies.

Intellectual property licence

Vendors grant Kasi Mall a non-exclusive licence to display their product names, descriptions, images, trademarks and logos for operating and marketing the marketplace.

Indemnity

Vendors agree to indemnify Kasi Mall against claims arising from their products, services, listings or breach of this Agreement, to the extent permitted by law.

Acceptance

By registering as a Kasi Mall vendor, the vendor confirms acceptance of this Agreement and all applicable marketplace policies.
