Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: 30 July 2026

Users, customers and vendors may not use Kasi Mall to:

• Commit fraud, identity theft or impersonation.
• Sell counterfeit, illegal, stolen, unsafe or prohibited products.
• Upload malicious software or attempt unauthorised system access.
• Harass, threaten, abuse or discriminate against another person.
• Publish false, deceptive or misleading information.
• Circumvent marketplace commissions, fees or payment systems.
• Use automated bots or scraping tools without written permission.
• Infringe intellectual property rights.
• Violate South African law.

Kasi Mall may remove content, suspend accounts, remove listings, withhold payouts where legally permitted or permanently terminate users who breach this Policy.
