• Communicate honestly and professionally.
• Leave genuine, fair and constructive reviews.
• Respect intellectual property rights.
• Protect personal information.
• Report suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Comply with applicable law.

Prohibited conduct

• Harassment, bullying, threats or discrimination.
• Offensive, hateful or unlawful content.
• False or misleading product information.
• Manipulation of ratings and reviews.
• Scams and fraudulent transactions.
• Attempts to bypass Kasi Mall payment systems.

Enforcement

Kasi Mall may remove content or listings, suspend or terminate accounts, report unlawful activity to authorities and take further legal action where appropriate.
