Seller Code of Conduct

Effective date: 30 July 2026

Every Kasi Mall seller agrees to:

• Conduct business honestly and ethically.
• Sell only lawful, genuine and safe products.
• Keep inventory, prices and product information accurate.
• Process accepted orders promptly.
• Treat customers professionally and respectfully.
• Respond to customer enquiries within a reasonable time.
• Honour applicable warranties and guarantees.
• Comply with the Consumer Protection Act and other relevant laws.
• Protect customer information in accordance with POPIA.
• Refrain from manipulating reviews or engaging in fraudulent activity.

Failure to comply may result in warnings, suspension, listing removal, withholding of payouts where legally permitted or permanent removal from Kasi Mall.
